Terms of Service

By creating an account or using New Way, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

New Way provides a multi-tenant business operations platform including CRM, invoicing, payments, chat, HR, and automation tools. Access is granted on a subscription basis after registration and plan selection.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • One account may belong to exactly one organization. Each organization is isolated from all others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your organization’s workspace.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organization you register.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use New Way to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent invoices.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including GST, consumer protection, or data protection laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants’ data.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malware or malicious content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Access to certain features requires an active paid plan.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
  • Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or account suspension.
  • Plan pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into New Way. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or third-party provider issues may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

New Way is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
